    No you cant. Well at least not on any regular internet sites. Ive tried before and Ive had ads come up that offer programs that can do it but its costs money. Im not sure if they are legit programs or not but if you are willing to spend the money then go for it.

    Not using traditional methods. The reverse look up website posted uses a public record search to find if a number is attached to a specific address/person. The websites are for-profit so you must pay for the results. (approx $ 30) I work at a business that has a reverse look up system built into the computers and can tell if a home phone number does not match the address. It can also tell me the address attached to a home phone number. The system can not look up addresses with cell phones or VOIP (i.e. Vonage) phones.
